Role Overview

Join premier high-earning English C1 accounts (Vodafone UK, Amazon, Concentrix, Webhelp). Deliver high-level customer and technical care for enterprise customers in the UK and US.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium voice and written customer solutions for UK and US enterprise accounts (Vodafone UK, Amazon, Concentrix)
• Handle complex query resolutions, escalation management, and high-value customer accounts
• Maintain first-contact resolution rates and superior CSAT benchmarks
• Collaborate with international operations managers and quality coaches

Requirements & Qualifications

• Fluent English proficiency at CEFR C1 level (clear native-like pronunciation and fluency)
• Strong problem-solving and consultative verbal communication skills
• Graduates or equivalent eligible for rotational shifts
• Prior international BPO or customer operations experience is an advantage
